I have mine set to 15 minutes. That way it only starts running if I am not actively using the resources anyway. I have never used online back-up before, however I was convinced to look into this technology after learning how smart Berkeley's software really is. I mean, if it only backs up essential data (smart back-ups), then broadband consumption/ upload times do not seem like such a problem - the one thing that was holding me back!
